" After doing a lot of research on cab providers for our north Sikkim trip, we finally selected Cabs in Sikkim. We did not have to worry about anything as the service was delivered hassle free, Mr. Prem arranged for vehicle and driver for each of our 8 day trip I timely manner and his overall behaviour and customer handling ways made me trust him and would rate overall service delivery high. " Recently traveled to Sikkim during 8-Dec-2018 to 16-Dec-2018 and the taxi service which helped us to explore Sikkim, especially North Sikkim was CabinSikkim. Very professional, prompt, cab and driver details were always received one day prior to the journey. The owner Mr. Prem and his team of Drivers are very helpful and your entire itinerary becomes hassle-free. Our diver CB Subba was an experienced driver, no reckless driving, minimum honking and overtaking. He is well versed with the terrain and he was punctual. The rates are reasonable and competitive. They are not after your money, make part payments(online/cash) as the journey progresses. They are registered with Sikkim Tourism. Finally thanks to cabinsikkim and keep it up.  "

" Promised to give entire tour in Innova but put us in uncomfortable situation by clubbing us with other car already half full at Nathula even though took Rs3000 for price of Nathula permit which he has saved. When asked in the end called us bad names and quarrelled . They are no different than others.Before deciding negotiate and they should not do this to you to make more money at the cost of your comfort or if they do with your permission should refund half the price of permit.  "

" 'Amazing' is the best word to describe CabinSikkim' services. I contacted Mr Prem Mainali over phone and communicated my tour plan. Within few minutes I received a detailed plan on "where to go and what to do while in Sikkim" and the price quote. I took Innova/Scorpio since the terrain needs SUVs. The vehicles were very clean and the drivers were very polite and punctual. Ask for Mr Prema (Driver) if you are going towards Lachung. " I traveled to Sikkim/Darjeeling with my wife and two kids during 31-Mar-2019 to 07-Apr-2019. We used the cab services from CabInSikkim for our entire travel. One cab (Innova Crysta) from Bagdogra-Pelling-Gangtok-Darjeeling and another cab (Innova) for Darjeeling-Bagdogra. Both the cabs provided by Mr.Prem were good and the drivers (Abiral Rai/Sameer) were professional, friendly, polite and punctual with safe and cautious driving. " Let me share my extremely satisfying experience and successful tour of Sikkim in shortest possible time. Credit goes to Mr. Prem. I am from Bangalore and wanted to visit Gangtok, Nathula and Namchi with mry wife and daughter between 13-9-2019 and 16-9-2019. I happened to browse and collect information about cabinsikkim.com and contacted Mr. Prem over the phone regarding tour plan. He readily agreed to make all arrangements including 'Permit' to Nathula. I sent photo ID and address proof over whatsapp. He took care of us right from the time we landed in Bagdogra till we took return flight. He provided the services of Mr. Rahul Daju with a brand new WagonR. Excellent, cool headed, disciplined and punctual person who was with us throughout the tour. We were stunned by the honesty and polite nature of these people. All in all it was a great experience. Funny thing is that I could never meet Mr. Prem in person. " We got these services details from google and not through any recommendations. But we are so happy with the services that we are definitely going to recommend it to others. It was a complete girls trip and never for once we felt uncomfortable or unsafe. All the drivers were super friendly and helped us with everything. They would talk to us and share information too. " Never suggest this cab service to my friends. They charge extra and no proper communication between the Owner and the cab driver. Especially, we got to go in a cab which is a white board in Darjeeling and the police caught him and charged a fine of 4000. From that moment the driver is so arrogant and was very rude in taking us to places. He was not even waiting for us to eat. Very bad experience.   "

" This Agent Cheated me. Be careful..! I’m first time traveller to Sikkim. I have booked my tour with this website for Sightseeing to destinations like Baba Mandir and North Sikkim. I have booked for Lachen, Gurudongmar Lake, Lachung and Yumthang Valley online. I have choosen Luxury Vehicle such as Innova, Xylo or Scorpio. He has cheated me by sending me Honda Mobilio which is not suitable for the Hilly Terrain like Lachen and Gurudongmar Lake, I have objected while starting from Gangtok but helpless because he already came with Permits. The Driver brought us back from middle of the way without visiting Lake because of the Vehicle Low Ground clearance. When we returned the Travel agent charged me full payment for Luxury Vehicle, he forced me to pay without visiting the Gurudongmar Lake. I have been cheated by this fellow probably he is doing this to everyone.   "

" Reliable, Hassle Free and Comfortable Cab Service in Sikkim. Highly Recommended!! We just got back from the most memorable 10 day trip to Sikkim. A big credit for such a joyful experience goes to Mr. Prem and his team at Cabinsikkim. As a big group we booked 2 luxury cars (Innova) for the entire duration of the trip covering as many as 4 different places (Gangtok, Ravangala, Lachung, Dzongu) and airport pick up and drop. The cabs were clean, well maintained, comfortable, the drivers were well trained, always reported on time, completely hassle free and joyful ride. Right from the enquiry and booking stage, Mr. Prem was quick to respond, understanding of our requirements. So was Mr. Praveen who was coordinating with us throughout the trip. " Excellent service by CabinSikkim. We travelled Namchi,Ravangla,Yuksum and Pelling with them in Innova. Very good driver as CB Subba. He posses excellent driving skills in difficult condition and safe hand too.The behavior is excellent. The Manager Premji is also a nice man and response is prompt. " Most disciplined and punctual driver I have ever seen. We visited Gangtok, Nathula, Bamchi, Ravangla, Pelling from Bagdogra with driver Mr Rahul Daju who was very polite and friendly. Booking of the cab service was also very easy at a very reasonable price(checked eith other cab services) with Mr Prem who always responded to my queries over whatsapp anytime of the day. No hidden costs. Would surely recommend their service  "

" Just got back from a 10 day trip to Sikkim and Darjeeling in May 2019. Had booked Innovas with Prem for the entire trip, and all the vehicles were very good, and drivers who drove us (5 different drivers due permits etc.), were very experienced, courteous, punctual and helpful. Prem addressed any issues/concerns very promptly, as did his partner in Darjeeling, Rajesh- both of them made our trip delightful, and I would recommend them highly.  "
